Information for shareholders

We would advise that we are presently confirming the date for the the Annual General Meeting, and it is envisaged this will take place towards the end of January / beginning of February.

While this has usually taken place towards the end of December in the past, we had been advised by some shareholders that this time of year was not the most convenient with so many other things scheduled for the Christmas period, and are therefore looking to confirm a date into the New Year.

We would also advise that while under current legislation we are not obliged to hold an AGM, the Board of Directors have decided to continue with this tradition.

Shareholders will be sent a copy of the accounts, together with confirmation of the meeting date, in due course.
